Local Delivery & Professional Setup
We deliver within 40 miles of Pinehurst, TX.
Delivery and setup is $99 minimum or 10% of the invoice before sales tax, whichever is greater.
Lift chairs are delivered carefully, positioned properly, and tested before we leave.
Nothing is free.
Nothing is inflated either.
Warehouse pickup is available at no charge.
RETURN POLICY
Returns: Returns are accepted only in original packaging, brand new and unused condition. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued (less delivery costs) once furniture is received and inspected at our facility. Notify us immediately if you intend to return your order.
Financed Purchases: All financed orders through Snap Finance, Progressive Leasing, Synchrony Financial, or PayPal Credit are All Sales Final. This is the finance company's policy, not ours - they will not refund or reverse transactions once the sale is completed.
Damage or Defects: All damage or defects must be noted at the time of delivery. Any problems with your furniture must be reported on delivery day. We reserve the right to repair or replace damaged items at our discretion.
Warranties: Furniture warranties vary by manufacturer. Mattress warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by brand and model.
