Why are our prices so low?
At Crazy Mattress Man, we believe in honest dealing. We don't have a fancy showroom with high-priced sales commissions or expensive decor. We operate out of a warehouse in Pinehurst so we can pass those savings directly to you.
The "MAP" Price vs. The Warehouse Price
Some of our premium brands have a "Minimum Advertised Price" (MAP). This is the lowest price they allow us to show on the internet.
However, because we keep our overhead low, we often have unadvertised warehouse specials that beat the prices you see online. If you want the real "No Games" price, come see us in person or give us a call at 832-585-3360.

Local Delivery & Professional Setup
We deliver within 40 miles of our warehouse in Pinehurst, TX.
Delivery and setup is $99 minimum or 10% of the invoice before sales tax, whichever is greater.
We use professional subcontracted delivery teams to ensure safe transport and proper in-home setup.
Nothing is free.
Nothing is inflated either.
You are paying for skilled labor, careful handling, and responsible service.
Warehouse pickup is available at no charge.
RETURN POLICY
Returns: Returns are accepted only in original packaging, brand new and unused condition. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued (less delivery costs) once furniture is received and inspected at our facility. Notify us immediately if you intend to return your order.
Financed Purchases: All financed orders through Snap Finance, Progressive Leasing, Synchrony Financial, or PayPal Credit are All Sales Final. This is the finance company's policy, not ours - they will not refund or reverse transactions once the sale is completed.
Damage or Defects: All damage or defects must be noted at the time of delivery. Any problems with your furniture must be reported on delivery day. We reserve the right to repair or replace damaged items at our discretion.
Warranties: Furniture warranties vary by manufacturer. Mattress warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by brand and model.
